
2–4 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups cooked brown rice
½ cup milk or soy milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons Benefiber®*
Combine all ingredients except the Benefiber in a microwaveable dish and microwave on high for 3–4 minutes, or until the bananas are soft and the rice is heated through. Stir in the Benefiber. Serve warm or at room temperature.
